368,000 — the estimated number of Americans who, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, left the labor force in August.

Biden, who literally used the word “literally” 10 times in his brief speech introducing Obama, accused the Republicans of talking down the country in a bid to gain power.

“America is not in decline. America is not in decline,” shouted the vice president. “I've got news for Governor Romney and Congressman Ryan: Gentlemen, never ever — it never makes sense, it's never been a good bet to bet against the American people. Never!”

But aside from polls that show some two-thirds of Americans believe the country is on the wrong track and deep doubts that the nation’s best days are still ahead, we have a new indication today that many Americans are in fact losing hope.

Same way they are now. Rape the heck out of the taxpayers with indirect taxes while screaming about how others are paying for the scheme. Set up the Independent Review boards and ration care while relaying on their stooges in the junk media to keep the sheep passive for the knife.

2/3 of the people say we’re on the wrong tract. Yet half of the people approve of obama. Did they cook one poll and forget to cook the other?

Øbama is nothing but a symptom of an illiterate electorate!

Our problem will remain after he is defeated.

Most people do not care if they pay more at the pumps or lose value in their homes, as long as they keep their pet Obama.

Well, 368,000 more people can’t afford to look for work. If you want to see gas go to $8 pg, vote for Obama. You’ll see it get to that and higher, but you won’t see wages going up, or prices at the grocery store going down.

How many people have left the labor force in the period Obama says he created 4.2 million jobs?

I say this helps Obama...unemployed people worry more about the Republicans cutting off their benefits than getting the economy turned around.
