Actually, this really surprises me. Germany has been EXTREMELY anxious to live down Hitler and the Holocaust. I would expect them to be the last country in Europe to follow this path. Normally they bend over backward not to seem antisemitic—although they go along with the anti-semitic foreign policy of the other Euro countries. But usually from the back seat.
I’m also a bit curious what the Muzzies make of all this. Do they care who circumcizes their babies? I suppose a Muslim doctor could do it, but I don’t really know what their rules are.

I’m not promoting the message and I wouldn’t know where to start looking to verify the statements made about the techniques employed in ancient circumcision. Neither do I know enough about Mosaic Law to question the author’s position.
He makes a reasonable argument that anti-FGM legislation could be ruled unconstitutional but being obviously anti-circumcision it looks as if his point is the legislation is not inclusive enough.
Aside from the impact on American Judaism if the more inclusive law is made, another concern could be, especially with the growing islamic influence in the U.S., would be that if the States anti-FGM legislation is ruled against, an updated version would be delayed into oblivion. A big score for muslim maniacs.
Add in the expected National Health Care impact it looks like this issue isn’t such a small matter.
