Going out on a limb here but most “children” of 15 have already gone advanced through puberty and don’t exactly look like small children anymore if you get my drift.
In fact most girls are hitting puberty by age 9 when in my day it was about age 11.
Legally they are not adults but their bodies are too advanced for their own good.
I expects adults to have good judgement, self-control and patience. It is not too much to ask.
Threats on life and limb are still coerced sex (RAPE).
