Has anyone reported on the effectiveness of Empty Chair Day? How widespread was it? Maybe I missed it, but I haven’t really seen any reports about it.
Clint nailed it when he was lambasting President Empty Chair for not doing anything and called out Empy Chair for not calling the Russians before getting involved in Afghanistan.
Rush is right yet again. The Eastwood speech was brilliant in it’s simplicity and, as Rush noted, highly effective. Leftists reflexively ridicule conservatives and think they’re witty when they do so. Clint Eastwood, an American movie icon, gently and cleverly ridiculed Barack Obama and it was both amusing and wickedly effective. We know that because (a) we loved it and, (b) the left are highly annoyed about it. Well done, Mr. Eastwood.
I have kept an umbrella at the ready to protect myself from MSM and libtard head explosions.

I agree with Rush. I misinterpreted the speech at first also, assuming that Clint was old and a little disoriented. I hadn’t seen any of his recent work, so I didn’t know how coherent he normally is at his advanced age. Having looked into it more, I reached the same conclusion as Rush did. Clint Eastwood nailed it, and he did it so subtly that many people will watch clear through to see the train wreck and come away questioning why anyone would want to keep Obama and the Dems in power over us.

It made drudge and was all over facebook. my Chair is still out. I loved the empty chair with the empty suit in in. thats what my brother has called Obama all along. an empty suit.Clint’s speech made him very proud ..most people got that speech except the press. they are slow.

yes... I guess this is true.. my wife liked Eastwood’s bit, I was initially concerned about it due to his hesitant delivery only, not what he said.
meanwhile, Direct TV has been running Clint E movies non-stop since this convention speech...It appears that this ended up completely getting a 10 score with the majority of Americans. I agree now with what everyone is saying above.. I was mistaken.
