Construction still uncompleted, students in the new Maximino Martinez Commons had to quickly adjust to concerns raised over the gender-specific bathrooms in the residence hall when they moved in last week.
Because the eight bathrooms in the newly opened dorm were originally all gender-specific, some residents felt uncomfortable using a gender-designated bathroom. After the concerns were raised, six bathrooms were made coed, according to an email sent to all residents of the building.
“Some people who consider themselves transgender would like the (coed) bathrooms,” said Ciera Dudley, a UC Berkeley sophomore and Martinez Commons resident.

Erun Kham, a sophomore living in the new housing facility, said she was unhappy about the switch to gender-inclusive bathrooms when she moved in. For “personal and religious relations” she said she wanted gender-specific bathrooms as originally advertised on the campus housing website.
“(A) big thing was also my parents,” Kham said. “They wouldn’t want me living here.”

There were eight bathrooms.
One queer bitched.
Now six of the eight bathrooms are co-ed, gender neutral.
How screwed up has our current generation, and the prior generations who allow this garbage to have become???

Uncomfortable for religious reasons? How about uncomfortable for “I don’t want to be raped” reasons?

Read Brave New World and 1984. (Ministry of Truth is the opposite of what it is named). Their technique is to destroy meaning of words like Male and Female and Husband and Wife. That took 20 years of agitprop in schools-—removing those words from all curricula-—putting in “gender” in the schools and “spouse” and now “partner”. By getting rid of Male and Female-—they could invent all sorts of new “genders” which is to corrupt the really young and confuse them when they are trying to form moral character and understand the world and put it in order. They won’t be able to (because they are being lied to and told they can “feel” whether they are to be a girl or boy—it doesn’t matter how you are born. Little kids believe this nonsense. It is evil to put such ideas in the minds of young children.
They brainwash children (cognitive dissonance) so they can not use reason and logic——just FEELING. There is no such thing as “transgendered” and all these weird concepts-—it is all a mental illness and insanity. You are male or female unless born with very rare (and identifiable) defects.
Children are taught biological lies-—like men and women are the same-—and all differences are socially constructed (artificial).
All history proves they are lying—and biology proves they are lying—and they are allowed to corrupt the innocence of our children in public schools with “Pride” week or other such unconstitutional nonsense, which is all lies and brainwashing into moral relativism.
When these children become adults they will be incapable of being logic. The ex-KGB Yuri—explains this-—he said they infiltrated American schools decades ago (he defected in the 70’s) . Research further and you will find that the Cultural Marxists got almost total control of culture by the 60’s though media, the arts, the schools and publishing companies-—and it started in the universities in the late 1800’s.

Concerns raised by who exactly?
Tell us who it was whose "concerns" resulted in women's bathrooms being converted to coed bathrooms. (Yeah, I know some of the men's bathrooms were converted too, but that's really not the issue.)
Miss Erun Kham must be immediately enrolled in the remedial gender sensitivity training class. She is clearly a danger to liberal groupthink.
I had an opportunity to go to Italy last year, and they only had unisex publicly used bathrooms. (If they had multiple toilets, if one toilet then its no issue)
My first thought was - gross.
Except when I went though the main door each toilet was in a separate stall, with floor to ceiling walls, the only thing that both sexes used was the wash basins.
Actually not that bad over all.
