Sarah Palin told Obama to dump Joe Biden yesterday.
Barack Obama defended Joe Biden yesterday for his outrageous racial remarks. He also told reporters that he will keep Joe on the ticket despite calls (from Sarah Palin) to dump him. FOX News reported, via Free Republic:
President Obama defended Vice President Joe Biden on Wednesday against criticism of his remarks that Republican repeal of Wall Street regulations would put voters “back in chains.”
Obama also brushed off Sarah Palin’s suggestion on Fox News that he drop Biden from the ticket in favor of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Palin, the 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee and a Fox News contributor, had said Biden’s comments are the latest example of how he “really drags down that ticket.”
“If that’s not the nail in the coffin, really, the strategists there in the Obama campaign have got to look at a diplomatic way of replacing Joe Biden on the ticket with Hillary,” Palin said. “And I don’t want to throw out that suggestion and have them actually accept the suggestion because then an Obama-Hillary Clinton ticket would have a darn good chance of winning.”
But Obama, in an interview with “Entertainment Tonight,” downplayed Palin’s comments.
“We don’t spend a lot of time worrying about the chatter and the noise and this and that,” he said. “The country isn’t as divided with gaffes or some stray remark as Washington is. Most folks know that’s just sort of a WWF wrestling part of politics. It doesn’t mean anything, just fills up a lot of air time.”
He also said in an interview with People magazine that Biden’s remarks meant consumers would be worse off if Republicans succeeded in doing away with new restraints on financial institutions.
Well Obama, you just signed your November defeat!

I think this is now an angle the Conservative PACS can go after, more evidence that Bambi lacks the judgment to hold the Office. Having Slow Joe next in line to carry the Nuclear Football has to be a concern even to the most clueless Americans.

Whatever, if it gets bad enough Obama will drop Biden in my opinion. Nothing is beneath this crew.

On a side note, have any of you seen a single item of campaign paraphernalia (bumper sticker, t-shirt, hat, sign, etc.) that has both the year '2012' and the name 'Biden' on it? I can't find a single one which would lead me to believe that they have actually considered replacing him.
Why would Obama want to dump a puppet he holds the strings too? Hillary would be s run-away bull in a china shop.
Whatever you do Mr President:
1) Don't out yourself as a moslem-communist-sodomite.
2) Don't get drunk and consume opiates.
3) Don't play around with any guns.

Quite a few posters pointed out that Palin used reversed psychology, and in actual fact made it much harder for Obama to get rid of Biden. But of course those "know it all" experts were not convinced. Well, well, less than 24 h later and she has been vindicated.
