Slow Joe ... a one man comedy show...unfortunately and embarrassingly, he occupies the VP of the USA office. Just think, in another time, he would have been the guy pushing the dust mop down the hallways of the White House.

#1 is stupid, #2 is below reprehensible, but #3 was harmless and even mildly amusing.
Obama revealed an ugly mean streak with his bowling remark but Biden was just trying to be funny at his own expense. Even the interpreter was laughing at Biden’s remarks. Breitbart doesn’t help their reputation by putting out such a misleading headline.

I’m a sign language interpreter, and I’ve had people make the same kind of comment, especially when they talk long or fast.
One time a priest was giving a homily and began speaking a lot of Latin phrases. I had no idea how to sign them, and in truth the phrases added very little to the context, so I signed “bunch of Latin words” to the deaf audience and they understood and accepted my effort (the Latin probably meant about the same thing to the hearing audience anyway).
