Simply a matter of they came for Chik Fil A and the nominee did not speak, they came for Dan Cathy and the nominee did not speak. (Exactly like Obama, BTW.) They will eventually come for you, and your nominee may be president, by then. By all indications from his stellar, readable, and quite available record in Massachusetts, as president he again will not speak.

Get a clue.

Levin sees Romney for what he really is - a liberal who endorses homos in the Boy Scouts, approves homo marriage, started Mass. govn. healthcare, appointed liberals (and at least one homo) to the court system, etc...

This country is financially busted and turning into Sodom. Prepare.

“For all of you out there who do not care about a man’s religion, nuts.”

you’re nuts if you’d rather have 4 more years of a Muslim-hiding-in-plain-sight who hates America, than a patriotic American who just happens to be a mormon.

God Save America from 4 more years of BO.

Get a Clue?

Get some decent habits when trying to discuss something

Only ASS HOLES toss in an insult at the end of a comment they are trying to make

I find your remark to the lady very offensive. You should apologize. In the heat of this discussion - perhaps you said that without giving it much thought.

That was extremely rude.

I’m more jaded than you. Most candidates (obviously including most politicians) are empty vessals, open to all the swill their expensive advisors serve. There aren’t many Reagans & Palins who have the courage of their own, not manufactured & packaged, convictions.

Sorry. I should have thrown it in at the beginning. Like you did to me.

What I would rather have is a Constitutionally committed conservative who opposes abortion, homosexuality and will enforce the first and second amendments. Neither of these wastrals will do any of the above.
If it takes bringing our nation into complete disaster to wake up the electorate to the evil of liberalism then I say let it happen. There is no doubt but that a veto proof congress will impeach and convict Obama of high crimes and misdemeaners. That would serve, better than Judas, to rid us of the plague of government gone wild.

As a character, Romney really is quite vapid. The only things to commend him are that he’s neither un-American nor anti-American.

There are cultural, religious, and social traditions that define what it is to be an American, and by extension, our country itself. Mitt Romney has supported and (in his official capacity as Governor) even mandated a wide platform of agenda items which run precisely counter to those American traditions and ideals.

A sober look at his career in politics and public life reveals that he's never earned the label, 'pro-American'.

I've heard lots of Freepers say, "Well, at least he doesn't hate America." Excuse me, but by what objective measure do they qualify that statement?

No it isn’t
It is a national issue
And a lot of potential Romney voters feel strongly about it
If his campaign people don’t realize it he is going to be in trouble
He screwed up royally in 94 after being double digit ahead of Teddy in the polls and unless he wises up he is going to do a reprise

The “lady” made a comment about my post, which in itself is fine and possibly valid (I ALWAYS admit I may be wrong) but then after a her comment she added “get a clue”

That was not necessary, and was very insulting and rude.

Notice I am replying to you nicely, explaining myself as best I can, because you made a your point and stated it politely, even though you obviously strongly disagree with me. That is fine.

I just feel FR should be a place of intelligent discourse and appending a reply to someone with a comment on their intelligence is extremely annoying.
