I live in a county with just over 50,000 population with one Chick-fil-A. Place is packed FULL, cars backed up over a mile. Police out directing traffic. Many folks are parking in lots far away and walking to get their chicken. Wonder if our newspaper will report this?

Bet Cavuto will have the CEO from Chick-fil-A on his show. I hope so anyway. I’m excited about the response of my fellow Americans! God bless America.

I went to one in Virginia today at lunch time. It was PACKED, with a long line disappearing way back into the mall somewhere. The line moved quickly. Everybody was patient and understanding. The franchise operator walked up and down the line and chatted with people and thanked them for coming. I spoke with him for a few minutes, and told him that I’d read about the gesture of support from the Wendy’s franchisee in NC- and that CFA being mobbed was happening all over the place. Good experience, and they were clearly well-prepared for the onslaught.

I went to a Chick-Fil-A at a local mall food court. There were more than twice as many people waiting for chicken as at all the other food stands combined.

Grand son and I had CFA for breakfast. No line, a few cars at 7am.
We went for a late lunch just before 1pm. The drive through was wrapped around the building and out a side street. I saw some parking spaces but couldn’t get to them due to the drive through lane. Tried to park in the adjacent strip center parking lot but it too was full! There were 3 police cars with officers standing outside their cars keeping an eye on things but they were a ways away from the building.

Near by fast food places had a few customers. No lines.

There was no way I could take photos.. too much traffic and we were hungry so I just kept driving.

After seeing how many people must have been inside the building I decided taking a hungry, nearing nap time 2YO into the store would be asking for trouble. We had lunch here at the house. We’ll go back after nap time for snack.

Hope they still have some peach shakes and cookies!

Great pics mnehring!!!!! It looks REALLY busy!!Thanks so much for posting them!!

Here are the ones I took @11:20am CST:

These were taken at Spring Texas. The Chick-Fil-A is in a plaza that has a Wal-Mart. We HAD to park IN WAL-MART'S LOT and walk!! Two lines for the drive thru wrapped around BOTH sides of the building:

Notice other people having to walk from Wal-Mart's lot through the drive-in cars to go inside:

Here's just a part of the folks waiting (we were standing in the "To-Go" area):

At more than one time durring our wait, I counted AT LEAST 12 people behind the counter and at least 6 floor people. They were ALL busy with some folks coming and going stocking the tea, lemonade, shake machine (which was why we were waiting!!)etc:

We dropped off the food at home and then went to Kroger (the next plaza north of Chick-Fil-A). We arrived at 11:55am CST. This plaza contains a Wendy's AND a McDonalds (right next to each other.) I have seen them both REALLY busy before, but today was "a little different". They were both VERY DEAD. This was Wendy's lot and Drive thru at right around 11:57:

..and this was McDonalds:

It was GREAT!!!

OMGoodness, MM! That's wonderful! Maybe now some people will realize that our country is conservative and the left's trying to cram their godless evil down
our throats is a very bad idea, for we will rise up and strike them down, either in the voting booths, by counter protesting as with Chick-fil-A, or other means...

The cars were spilling out into the highway when we left. This is the only picture I took.

I had the same experience with having to walk from Wal-Mart’s lot to go inside. NO PLACE TO PARK!!!

(I would like to think that your paper would cover it!)

My wife said the CFA she went to in The Woodlands for lunch(might have been the one Sarah was at) was the same way. The other vendors in the food court area were slow. She had to get it to go because she stood in line so long it used up most of her lunch hour!!

What was really cool about it was that EVERYONE of the customers had a certain “happy look” on their faces and were acknowledging each other as if it was an important event that we were all attending. Opening doors for each other, letting people ahead of them in line ( I saw at least 3 eldrly people and one with crutches).

Folks were so courteous to the staff because it was so busy and a few orders were in error or folks needed extra sauces and things (I had to wait for my shakes, they didn’t give them to me at checkout and the machine was “dry”!!!)

It really made ya feel like a part of “movement” without anyone having to say a word about it, the looks on everyone’s faces said A LOT.

It was “goosebumplely”.....

Just got back from lunch at my local Chick-Fil-A in SoCal. Drive through line was around the block and the line waiting to go inside was a few hundred long while I was there. There was a small group (maybe 15 to 20 ppl) of angry rainbow flagers with one of them saying “Enjoy your hate.”

I prayed for them. They are lost in their sin.

just got back with the family and it was amazing.
Three cops to deal with traffic, line wrapped around the building, people were polite, everyone talking in good spirits and laughing.

Line for the drive through went around the building, down the road, and half way into the homo depot parking lot.

AMAZING, now contrast that to a lefty nut protest, with swearing, name calling, hate, bigotry etc.
