"To date, there have been 17 lightning fatalities in 2012 in 13 states" compared to 12 fatalities from decompensated schizophrenics who thought they were "The Joker".

Has there been a video from DHS on how to survive a thunderstorm? (I didn't think so.) Chances are, the information would be more useful.

The map shows Texas leading the nation in lightning fatalities. This is obviously because of Texas's lax lightning control laws.
