Allen West weighed in on the national controversy over Chick-Fil-A and the fact that many on the left, including Rahm Emanuel are speaking out against the private company. Some are calling for bans on the restaurants due to recent views expressed by the company's president, who opposes gay marriage. City mayors, Hollywood stars, and even the ACLU have weighed in on the issue. West, in true form did not hold back an opinion. "I love some Chick-Fil-A. When I finish here I'm going to Chick-Fil-A," said West, but followed up with more sobering remarks:

I think this bullying of Chick-fil-A has really touched a nerve in middle America, sick of the liberals forcing their cultural corruption on everyone.
Call it “The Chick-fil-A Counterrevolution”. When I went there today at 2:30, normally a slack time, the CFA I went to was full. All the tables had more than one person sitting at them. There were several families with young children. No protesters.
I asked one of the girls working the register if they were ready for August 1st, and she said that for a week, now, they had been busy from open to close. But they were expecting a flood of people.
I strongly suspect that August 1st is going to be overwhelming. It is an easy way for middle America to voice its displeasure, and should serve as fair warning to those trying to force their agendas on our country.
The pressure has really built up, and the first indicator is going to be chicken sandwiches.
The secret ingredient in their sandwiches is liberal outrage. Tastes delicious!

What marketing crises? These guys are American marketing hero's. They've never had so much free publicity and business. The country is 98% heterosexual, so what's the big deal? Homosexuals are only 2% (and that's only if you count those in prison who don't have a choice). They just make so much noise, people think they're more than 2%, but they're not.
Just say "no" to the homosexuals, and support the restaurant with your business. Join the party. Have a tasty chicken sandwich.

I agree. I don't think West wants to be associated with Romney. Besides, can you imagine how brightly West would outshine him on the campaign trail?
We’ve bought a few things from HSN in the past, but of late they’ve added two or three prissy pink presenters, irks me to even watch them. I’ll do my buying elsewhere.
The media (by this mostly I mean the entertainment industry) has made it appear that the majority of people agree with them. Thus, many people, especially young people, do not want to see out of the mainstream. Other people simply don’t want to put up with the name calling and bullying that are sure to follow should they say anything other than the party line.

You need to understand that there is nothing about the sodomites that is innately defend-able; the Left just wants the most disgusting tool available to attack Christian values, and homosexuals fit the bill. When my daughter was in college, the kids in groups all pretended to be homo tolerant. When they weren't in a group, the homo jokes were all over the place. In fact, some of the jokes she came home and told me about were really, really, disgusting. Believe me, they'd make the homos weep and gnash their teeth.
Pull the kids aside, and they'll tell you the truth. They think the homos are gross, too.

Hard to know unless they mention it. CFA is a private company, so they probably keep earnings confidential.
However in this case, it wouldn’t hurt to acknowledge all the folks standing up to support them.
