Maple syrup and dogs are the only two worth a damn
and from which a person could actually learn something
worth while to use in real life.
I thought the same. What’s wrong with a course on the history of human interactions with dogs, bolstered with a bit of science? And, why not a course on maple syrup? There are courses on all sorts of food products offered at colleges of agriculture all over the U.S.
