Wow! Is he really THAT constitutionally illiterate? The 2nd Amendment does not guarantee a well-regulated militia. In fact, you could take out the reference to the militia entirely and not change the meaning of the amendment one bit!
“Shall not be infringed” does NOT refer to a well-regulated militia! It refers to the right to keep and bear arms, idiot!
The well regulated part is old fashioned language for what we would call well drilled today.
