(Art.) McCain speciously asserted that the GOP conservatives had failed to cite “an action, a decision, or a public position that Huma has taken while at the State Department” that showed she was either “promoting anti-American activities within our government” or having a “direct impact” on harmful policies.

Members of Congress, outside a committee hearing, would be in no position to know, offhand, what advice, counsel, information, or service Huma Abedin has been giving Sec'y. Clinton.

Sen. McCain is deliberately, for oratorical purposes, proposing an impossible test of the congressmen's good faith. When in fact, on the representations they've made, they raise a fair question about Abedin's family background and connections.

I therefore conclude that Sen. McCain is speaking out of animus against the Tea Party Caucus members.

On this we can agree, FRiend. Huma, though, is just the current face of this treachery. How do you purge the hundreds of government officials groomed and promoted by her who will continue the work long after she’s gone?

I agree. Jack_1 at Post 17 says he would have taken the bait.

Look at the recent scandal with the Secret Service in Colombia. While it is interesting to note that the active duty military service members involved are not going to be criminally charged but merely reprimanded, they evidently found the woman alluring enough to risk their careers.

What I find most disturbing is the possibiity that they may have actually been encouraged to engage in inappropriate activity so that they could be replaced with individuals closer to The Won's regime and less likely to see other nefarious activity.

My advice to them would have been: "Trust no one and remember that sexual misconduct is the easiest way to ruin your life." Unfortunately, bringing shame to the elite secret service was the goal and it was accomplished.

What does Hillary know about the Middle East and Islam? Her only sources would be the politically correct intelligensia and of course Huma Abedin and others that Huma recommends. Hillary is just an empty vessel waiting to be filled with whatever lies our country’s enemies wish to tell her.

Conservatives are going through a long process of dividing the wheat from the chaff. So far it doesn’t look like there is very much wheat.

Go Michele!

Since Mrs. Clinton has been secretary of state, with Ms. Abedin as one of her top advisers, the State Department has strongly supported abandoning the federal government’s prior policy against dealing with the Muslim Brotherhood. State, furthermore, has embraced a number of Muslim Brotherhood positions that undermine both American constitutional rights and our alliance with Israel. To name just a few manifestations of this policy sea change:

The State Department has an emissary in Egypt who trains operatives of the Brotherhood and other Islamist organizations in democracy procedures.

The State Department announced that the Obama administration would be “satisfied” with the election of a Muslim Brotherhood–dominated government in Egypt.

Secretary Clinton personally intervened to reverse a Bush-administration ruling that barred Tariq Ramadan, grandson of the Brotherhood’s founder and son of one of its most influential early leaders, from entering the United States.

The State Department has collaborated with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, a bloc of governments heavily influenced by the Brotherhood, in seeking to restrict American free-speech rights in deference to sharia proscriptions against negative criticism of Islam.?

Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, gained speech and said it was a duck, God came to earth and proclaimed it was in fact, "duck'...

[strange how ‘the world’ didn’t acknowledge what every conservative saw plainly....]

Absolutely right bitt, the world's gone crazy and people are using less logic and erupting with more anger. Fighting over everything anymore!

I'm seldom posting now because of it.
It's nice to ‘see’ you, you caught me just as I was heading off to bed.

What say you NOW JOHN MCCAIN?????

It's a demonstrated fact that Barack Obama never should've been elected President of the United States.

However, it is equally clear that his opponent, Senator John Sidney McCain, never should've been elected President either.

The 2008 election will go down in history as the equivalent of offering the American people a choice between athlete's foot and jock itch.
