A PROCLAMATION
As a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on July 20, 2012, in Aurora, Colorado, by the authority vested in me as President of the United States by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby order that the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the White House and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions until sunset, July 25, 2012. I also direct that the flag shall be flown at half-staff for the same length of time at all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including all military facilities and naval vessels and stations.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of July, in the year of our Lord two thousand twelve, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and thirty-seventh.

I seem to recall a bruhaha whith the Idiot in Chief refusing to fly flags at half staff when some soldiers were killed in an attack, but he will lower the flags for a bunch of people at a movie theatre?

Did he order the flags at half-staff after Hasan killed 13 people and wounded 29 others at Ft. Hood?

He must have advance knowledge that the shooter is a straight white Christian, bible-huggin', gun-clingin', good ole boy member of the local Tea Party as well as the Skokie Nazi Party....so the Prez is confidently plowing ahead to do every theatrical thing he can to make this the crime of the century.
Then he issues an Executive order banning all guns the size of a Slurpee cup and above

I think flags were lowered to half-staff for a day or two for Judge John Roll, Jared Loughner’s rarely-mentioned victim.
Viewing tonight and funeral tomorrow in my community for a 20 year old Army Specialist KIA by and IED in Afghanistan.
Flags weren’t ordered lowered for him.
Nope....and most of them were our military guys and gals serving our country....blown apart in the twinkling of an eye.

They were at half-staff at Ft Hood. Just not at Binghamton NY (13 killed) or McLendon, Michael Kenneth, March 10 2009 (10 killed) Kinston, Samson & Geneva, AL. They were at half staff for Ft Hood and Gabby Giffords shootings. I guess since it’s an election year...
In the United States, the President can issue an executive order for the flag of the United States to be flown at half-staff upon the death of principal figures of the United States government, and others, as a mark of respect to their memory.
Why would he? He already had the radical Islamic vote.
This one is being used for the youth vote. You know, he "cares so much for those kids in the theater (until after November, anyway)"
My guess is he and his friends are celebrating behind the scenes ( The end justifies the means). 13 dead, and it only took one OWS protester to pull it off! Think of what he could do to the second amendment with a crises like this!
