If you do take over the counter sleep aids...I highly recommend UNISOM, but READ THE LABEL! Some Unisom is nothing more than benadryl (dyphenhydramine)...that is NOT the one you want.....get the one “Doxylamine Succinate”...that one is NON habit forming and you dont awaien with a “hangover” (It is also the one used for intractable morning sickness,,,since it is similar to the old Bendictine)....

Not addressing this to ANYONE in particular...just a fact that few know...(and one which has been shown to be true,especially when large numbers of soldiers are suddenly called up for action....as witnessed personally during Desert Shield/Storm)...those that imbibe in alcohol and somewhat beyond “social” drinking......meaning, you regularly have 3-4 or more drinks a day....those individuals generally have a sleep pattern where they can only sleep in a maximum of 4 hour blocks of time......(Unless ofcourse they have passed out LOl)
In any case...the continued interruption of sleep, accumulates and it aint pretty!!
