Questions:
What does Rice bring to the ticket if chosen?
As compared to Gov Martinez?
I like Gov Martinez because she has some executive experience running the show. She hispanic which would energize the hispanic base towards Republicans. She has a great bio.
Rice seems to me to have a lot of good qualifications, but her time as SoS did not turn out so good, imo, iirc

At best, total misdirection. At worst, it's a trial balloon and a feint to gauge Bobo's reactions. For now, it's still Rubio. I agree, a trial balloon at the most. However, I think it will be a Governor, not a Senator.
