That same Google search took me to the ATF site, where you can fill out the form online, to “help” avoid omissions and mistakes

Welcome to ATF e-Form 4473

ATF, in response to the president’s Government Paperwork Elimination Act (GPEA), Public L. No 105-277, signed in 1999, and requests from the firearms industry, has developed the e-Form 4473 to assist in the proper completion of the Federal Firearms Transaction Record (ATF Form 4473).

The e-Form 4473 is a “smart” form will help eliminate blanks or omissions.

The form will automatically populate certain fields. For example, based on the zip code entered, the city, state and county will automatically populate.
