Well, you've certainly experienced the new Free Republic here on this thread.
Offer an opinion departing from the house dogma, no matter how modestly and politely stated, and you immediately get swarmed with attacks and accusations.
It has all become rather cult-like.
I keep hoping for a turning-away from this path of close-mindedness and isolation, but it remains just a hope so far.

PS...You still have yet to address how it is that a conservative can vote for ANY liberal and maintain his/her conservative values and principles. Several threads now...Ever going to answer or can we expect more bashing of FR, FReepers and the like?
