I agree. There is no other site where I participate in commentary, although I read articles in a few other places. FR was my introduction to life online (found a link from Townhall.com), and I have been completely ruined for any other software.

Many moons ago I came to FreeRepublic from another conservative website, never looked back. No ads, no popups no junk to wade through on FR. Yes, I am a monthly donor and consider the money well spent. I, too, come here to stay informed and often times entertained. Keep up the good work.

Me too I love how information flows on this site.

Sometimes I get confused here about the intense dislike of Romney. We are in a war here for our future and it is either going to be Romney or obama.That is how the hand was dealt this time around ( no, Romney was not my first choice either).

Most on this site are very reasonable but, there are a few that only want to cause disruption.

Hang in there Jim this is the best conservative site.

Hope this post makes sense . I am on pain meds waiting for knee surgery. Just got my husband out of Barrow after extensive surgery. This site has been a great lifeline.
