Remember that the EPA was granted the ability to regulate “Greenhouse” gases (CO2, Methane, ect), by the SCOTUS.

That doesn't mean that they actually can regulate greenhouse gases. They'll say they do, and they'll write some inferior confusing faux regulations.

Then it's back to court to confuse another senile judge.

EPA is in such bad shape when it comes to regulation writing they couldn't even figure out how to let oil skimmers come in to skim oil after the BP blowout.

Then, given the low quality of the political scam artists who hold the appointed jobs at EPA, they really can't hire quality legal talent. Most lawyers know that you don't have to put up with such low quality bosses and the smart ones moved on early in the game.

Not entirely true. Most federal workers are employed by the Postal Service and Department of Defense.

The post office clause is still in the Constitution, as well as all that stuff about army and navy.

Not to be picky, but when you say "most" make sure you have the numbers to back up your claim.
