People will not be automatically forced into Medicaid against their will. 4. "Essential health benefits" including contraception will be difficult to require. 5. People will have more options than Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum policies. 6. Employers cannot drop employees and force them into the Exchange. 7. Employers can't be fined $2,000 per employee if just one uses Exchange. 8. Entitlements will not be expanded through Exchange-based tax subsidies. 9. Individual privacy will be protected from a massive data sharing system. 10. The public will see the planned government takeover if Feds set it up.

Therefore, I propose that as soon as Republicans take control of the House, Senate, and White House they pass The Citizen Protection and Affordable Self Defense Act. This will mandate that all Americans must purchase a hand gun and regularly engage in target practice or pay a penalty equivalent to Obamacare. States will set up exchanges to help keep the price of guns, ammo, and gun range memberships down. This will provide Americans with their human right to safety from violence.
