.22 LR? .223? 22-250? 220 Swift? Maybe .22 Remington Jet? Lot's of other 22 caliber cartridges out there besides rim-fire.

Regardless, if rim-fire's all you have, It's better than a frying pan.

I just read the response thread on the website. Some of those NY folks are pretty whacky. No one carries a gun on their property there, that's for sure!

I'm just a bit south into NJ, but I wont work my acreage without a sidearm or rifle. Too many coyote, bear and whacky people around here.
