Governor ............ As a tax paying citizen, I am sending this message to you, encouraging you to join other states in our union, not to implement Obamacare! Expanding Medicaid and creating exchanges are not good for taxpayers. ObamaCare will be bad for our health care and jobs for our state. It will put American businesses at an unbelievable disadvantage as compared to many around the world. Hopefully Gov. Romney will win the election of 2012 and will roll back the health care reforms and rid us of ObamaCare!

States should preemptively withhold all kinds of taxes. Now. Before zero preempts the states.

Did this ruling not take that option away?
I thought the ruling is if funds were flowing and you (the state) met the requirements of the ‘old’ rule. A new requirement and new demands were indeptendent.
But with an administration that makes Michael Corleone look like a good guy - who knows.
Rhetoric won't cut it on this...specifics and actions will speak louder than words.

They’re holding out until the election, thankfully. If Obama wins their hands will be tied. Romney must win, we no longer have any choice or the luxury to sit on our hands.
