The cartel or just maybe non-cartel/non-Mexican terrorists? Who needs airplanes these days .... while TSA is patting down grandma and checking baby diapers, the border is wide open. Look at OK City .... don’t need an airplane for mass casualties. I know they’ve caught non-Mexicans coming across the border, but don’t want that info reported because then non-border Americans might get REALLY interested and upset in the fact that Obama is not defending the border.
Border Patrol does report the numbers and nationalities of the illegals.
