It appears that We-the-People, the US Constitution and the USA are now sunk. CJ Roberts has now shown his true stripes as a leftist. In order to do away with the true argument that the Congressional ruling establishing ObamaCare would be charged as a fee for being born and living in the USA, Roberts changed ObamaCare to a tax—which Obama had argued previously and intensely stated was NOT a tax—in order to mollify and please his true leader.
However, during the oral arguments, Obama’s lawyers ruled it IS a tax. In what I view as an act of brazen disregard for the US Constitution, Roberts sided with the Marxists on the US Supreme Court in ruling that Americans can be controlled by the (now) totalitarian government and be forced to pay it for simply being born.

The above statement is the one I find the most repugnant. Of course it is the job of the SCOTUS to rule laws unconstitutional, regradless of how they came about. Why else do we have a Supreme court? He is saying that congress can pass any law they choose no matter how bad and SCOTUS doesn't have to do anything about it because we elected the officials who did it. He is talking out of his a**, saying sh** trying to cover for making this communist decision.
Exactly. In other words, what he is saying is, “We won. Deal with it, crybabies.”
Either he’s a closet leftist, or Obama is blackmailing him. I’m not sure which, and in any case, the practical result is the same.
So, now SCOTUS consists of 5 Communists, 3 conservatives, and 1 swing vote.
Not good, especially since some of Romney’s court appointments in Massachusetts were just as flaming bad as Obama’s.
Bush was no conservative.. if anything he was a liberal populist ..so why would anyone think he would really appoint a conservative ... Think about the teachings of the catholic church..pro illegal immigration and pro health care ..Roberts is a good catholic
