While I do not claim to know whether or not Justice Roberts is a “stealth leftist” I do agree with the author that our constitutional freedoms are in danger. If elected to a second term the Obama Administration will turn America into a third world dictatorship.

The above statement is the one I find the most repugnant. Of course it is the job of the SCOTUS to rule laws unconstitutional, regradless of how they came about. Why else do we have a Supreme court? He is saying that congress can pass any law they choose no matter how bad and SCOTUS doesn't have to do anything about it because we elected the officials who did it. He is talking out of his a**, saying sh** trying to cover for making this communist decision.

So, now SCOTUS consists of 5 Communists, 3 conservatives, and 1 swing vote.
