Bristol Palin is being sued for defamation by the man she got into a heckling match with last year at a West Hollywood bar, RadarOnline.com has learned.

But wait a minute. Within the past 2 weeks a judge ruled there is no slander in calling someone homosexual because it’s “normal” to be homosexual. So, it’s not an insult or defamation. I’m not kidding.
I don’t usually watch these kinds of shows, but out of curiosity (and the fact that I was home), I watched. The guy was a complete #ss. Bristol did a great job in standing her ground. She made him look like the fool he is by asking him simple questions which he could not answer - except the question about his sexuality, which he answered in the affirmative. He made a choice.
I was really impressed how she confronted irrationality with reason, evil with calm. Then, she walked outside and broke down in tears. I applaud her restraint. I probably would have taken some drastic measures to shut him up.
Bristol is very much a kid, spoiled in some ways. However, she also has an incredible strength that really surprised me. I hope she can stay on the right track. She could be a real force in the world.
If he hadn’t started the whole incident, calling out to her that her mother was a “whore” and “evil”, there would have been no discussion of his sexuality on any camera. Good luck, drama queen (no pun intended).

I watched the episode the other night. Apparently, this man wanted to yell obscenities at Bristol and have her not respond. Too bad for him that she did as she revealed in him what exists in so many who hate Sarah Palin...that being the fact thay when asked they can’t even say why.

I think we watched Act Of Valor that night. I’m not into the Reality Show stuff. I’ll probably never watch the show. Not my thing. If it fails for lack of interest, so be it. It won’t change my high regard for the Palin family.
