Lawyer who took Obama to Supreme Court may soon join court of his own

Gary Kreep, a California private attorney who as taken a pair of challenges to Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the presidency all the way to the Supreme Court, may soon have the chance to sit upon the bench himself.

As of the last announced count at the end of this past week, in the tight race for San Diego Superior Court, Seat 34, Kreep was leading his opponent, Deputy District Attorney Garland Peed, by a margin of 1,088 votes, with only 4,000 votes left to be counted.

We need to pray that Gary Kreep is elected to that judicial position and when he takes to bench we can file against Obama in Kreep’s Court and Kreep will rule against Obama.

If there are 4,000 to be counted, with only a 1,088 vote advantage, our guy will lose - possibly by as many as 2,912 votes.
