Adobe Flash Player messes up my computer so I’m not able to see this right now. Who testified that he was born outside of the US, and on the basis of what evidence? Did Arpaio testify?

The Judge clearly asked the plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Klayman, that if I grant you leave to amend your complaint, will you be providing something that shows Obama was not born in the US?

And Klayman said YES.

What I remember hearing was Klayman said so near the end and the judge said to make sure they amend the documents with the evidence. 0bama's lawyers argued against the amendment and said the judge should just dismiss the whole thing. The judge said that since it was he himself that said to amend it, then they could.

Did Arpaio testify?
