What about entering into evidence statements from Abercrombie (written down in the state archives) and Okubo (half written and half type-written) describing the “existence” of birth record on the Forger.

It’s lengthy, worthwhile to witness the lib David Maraniss’ total consumption of the myths in his new BHO book. It covers a voluminous timespan and landscape .. he went to Kansas, Hawaii, Kenya, Indonesia, etc. to research and interview family, friends, ex-wives, aunts, college friends, etc. to get the history and story of this menace, his father, both Stanleys, Lolo, Genevieve, another alleged girlfriend, the Choom Gang, Chicago, etc. NO mention of Ayers or the Ayers family. This book ends in 1989. He’s hinting about another to continue the epic journey.
He reports that Toot and Stanley both had alcoholic issues.
At 02:02:30 .. he discusses issues regarding the birth, Sr and INS, mocking all the doubts and questions, swallowing the whole web of lies and forged/missing documents.
At 02:14:13 .. a critical Southern caller asking about all Maraniss’ candy coating of this druggie .. how could he get into Harvard? WORTH HEARING his glib obfuscating.

(PS .. researchers: he relates that Syracuse Univ. has the entire national Kenya archive on file, where he got extensive research before he traveled. Whether it was intentionally put in the General/Chat-Conspiracy category because of the source or the subject, we need to know this going forward,
and if there is, in fact, a new FR policy and criteria for WND as a news source for future reference.
If the same news item from any of the many other sources had been posted, would the Mods have also changed it from News to General-Chat: Conspiracy?

not sure on the ethics, either, but I do like the idea. They could present the Kenyan BC and let BHO try to discredit. Since he doesn’t have anything to produce he would be toast. I actually think they could present same as long as they don’t verify it is accurate.

Maybe Klayman can convince that guy who claims he got in Mombasa to introduce it in court as evidence. How would the Imposter react react to such a move, if admissable.
I was thinking exactly the same thing - a brilliant tactic, in my opinion.
