Gingrich: DREAMers should be granted exemptions from taxes, Obamacare
Washington Post ^ | June 15, 2012 | Felicia Sonmez

Former House speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) on Friday criticized President Obama’s executive order blocking deportations of some illegal immigrants brought to the country as children, slamming the move as an overreach by the president but also contending that it sets a "powerful precedent" for conservatives.

And in a series of tongue-in-cheek, late-night tweets, Gingrich took Obama to task, contending that conservatives should draft their own list of laws from which "DREAMers" should be exempted, including the national health care law and the current tax code.

“As a start dreamers should be able to check an ‘I am a dreamer’ box on the income tax form and be exempted-dreamers should keep the money.”-Newt

Newt is having a ball and living rent free in Obama’s head.... I love it.

If only he were our nominee.......

I did in our primary.

I wish we could put him up against Obozo and make it no doubt to every liberal with at least one functioning brain cell, that their guy is a bumbling idiot.

Dreamers should be able to exercise their Constitutional right to bear arms so we can hire them as minimum wage, non-union, non-pension cops. Maybe they can come here from Mexico where the BATF pre-issues weapons to them as part of Holder’s Operation Fast’n’Furious.

While I applaud Newt for the effort, this idea of his suffers from a failure of imagination. Instead of pondering sarcastically about what else can be done for illegals by executive fiat, Newt and the gang should be publicly pondering what THEY will do with the idea and precedent that executive order holds no bounds:

1. Repeal Obamacare - by executive order.
2. Ban abortions - by executive order.
3. Ban government unions - who needs them
4. Budgeting by executive fiat should be fun. After all, Congress - the Senate - won’t act so it must be the President’s job to act.
5. End a few (or most) federal departments.
6. ANWR - we’ve asked Congress to act on this for decades with no results. Time of an executive order to drill...
7. Congress can only meet 3 months a year. That’s an executive order you nimrods.
8. End the idea that States or local governments can limit gun ownership: EVERYBODY MUST OWN A GUN. That’s an executive order...

If the Democrats want the government headed by unaccountable despots, they should be given a healthy dose of exactly how that game can be played...

I think a good case could be made to put a chilling affect on this philosophy - for the left.

How about Prez Romney issuing an EO banning abortions, public sector unions, and eliminating sanctuary cities as well as eliminating capital gains and death taxes. That might get the libturds attention.

I suggest we order that ex post facto laws be allowed for a while, say one year. Then those who escape treason charges, dereliction charges, etc. can be fined, oh, I don't know, 30% of their net worth for breaking the new Stupidity laws.
