Boehner votes no. He needs to be dumped as speaker in January.

NOT TRUE! Boehner is not on the Committee and the total House vote has not taken place yet. Just so you know:

If the contempt resolution wins a majority vote in the committee, it then may move to the full House for consideration. In a statement Monday, House Speaker John Boehner warned that “Either the Justice Department turns over the information requested, or Congress will have no choice but to move forward with holding the Attorney General in contempt for obstructing an ongoing investigation.”

Doing this too soon would reduce its negative impact on the election. Now there won’t be enough time for it to be reduced to Background Noise. But it can be an issue for the GOP to campaign on when released and will keep Fast and Furious out there as a major topic.
