For the good of the economy, the good of our defense and to keep more whacked-out liberals from holding lifetime appointments on the bench, we need Romney no matter how much we disagree with his social and religious views.
Four more years of Obama would be a disaster America may never recover from.
There's only one person with a realistic chance of denying Barack Obama four more years and that, for better or worse, is Mitt Romney. Any rational conservative has no choice but to hope he wins.

Virgil Goode has much more political experience than Mitt Romney, Gary Johnson, and Barack Obama, combined, but Virgil is running for ‘12 POTUS as a member of the Constitution Party, so Virgil’s total political credibility is moot! Politics is so strange.

Completely disagree. Perhaps the Republican party talking heads are coming around -- it's an expression of that whole party unity thing the RINO's use to convince conservatives to support "compromise" which ultimately ends up further socializing the government and the economy. But from a grass roots perspective, we the conservative voting base are not at all fired up about voting for any candidate, regardless of party affiliation, that advocates corporate bailouts, healthcare rationing, homosexual advancement, and the killing of unborn babies. All it takes is 5 to 10% of the base to protest and the RINO loses. I'll be proud to be part of that 5 to 10% just so we can all be on the same side again, with the same goal of undoing what Obama and the rest of the Socialists / Communists are doing. It's better to be genuinely united in our efforts rather than enduring all the infighting as some of us in the party try to steer others in the party toward the Right when that is clearly not at all their personality.

In that case, I will support Virgil Goode for POTUS, and GOP conservatives down ticket.

Romney will fight the conservatives in Congress tooth and nail, and, unlike with Obama, they will be powerless to fight back, because the leader of the Republican Party can’t be fought by the same party. His Obama like bills will become law.
History, including recent history with the Bushes, shows us the future.
How do you think we got the EPA (Nixon), and ADA (GWHB), just to name two of hundreds of bills extremely destructive to Americans?
With Romney as President, we are in for of the same.
See tagline.

Absolutely. There’s a simple test. If I see Romney on the TV screen, I turn it up because I don’t mind looking at him and I want to hear what he has to say, which, by the way, I usually like.
If I see Obama on the TV screen, I change the channel quickly.

Conservatives and Romney work at working together If a man says he's a faithful husband but he messes around on the weekends, is he a faithful husband?
If someone says they're a conservative, but they support a liberal, are they conservative?
Actions speak louder than words.

Conservatives at the core of the Republican Party are coalescing behind likely GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney faster than expected....I smell backroom carrot. One of the reasons - perhaps the only reason - why Romney won was the GOP-e's "second is next" rule. By that same rule - their rule - the heir apparent is now Rick Santorum.
