Hundreds of Israelis across country flood police lines with reports of a light in the sky, traveling in a spiral with a large trail behind it.
Russia announced on Thursday night that it had carried out a successful test of an inter-continental ballistic missile, seemingly explaining a mysterious moving light seen in the skies over Israel, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Jordan.
Hundreds of Israelis across the country flooded police lines with reports that they had seen a light in the sky, traveling in a spiral with a large trail behind it on Thursday night.
Police in the northern district said it was checking the reports with the IDF.
Meanwhile, Lebanese news website Naharnet reported glowing objects spotted over the Lebanese-Israeli border and the Lebanese-Turkish border.
The Israeli Astronomical Association said the object was 80 kilometers high and was not a meteor.
Nobody watching for launches?
Israel basically has to answer this gesture with one of their own.
That sounds vaguely familiar...
Which way the last stage was headed, can't say from the camera waving around.
Clearly a missile shot.
As to who launched it?.... dunno.
It was a new version of the Topol-M called RS-12M.
The Russian death ray!
Had a convo with a Russian double agent on YT (worked for us, as well).....and asked him about Communism not dying and Putin. He said, “once KGB.....ALWAYS KGB”.

Lawdy......why is this making me think of “Mrs. Incredible” at this point?????
Sorry, I don’t understand “Mrs. Incredible”.
Heh, now that you mention it, yes it does sound familiar. It probably was just a plane taking off during a sunset and therefore an optical illusion. Nothing to see here folks. Please move along. /sarcasm
By the way, Russia has confirmed they test launched their new ICBM: Russia Test Fires new ICBM
Rent “The Incredibles”. You’ll know what I mean. ;-)
I’ll rent it right now! LOL
;-)
Seems odd doesn't it?
It reads like a deluxe cruise missile. 0_o
I hate to fit the bill to buy tires, let alone gas/diesel to run that missile truck. B-) I thought my Blazer was bad on gas. B-D
I think it means the Kenyan has leaked Israel’s plans for Iran and Russia’s upset about it. It feels weird to live in a country where I hope Israel hasn’t told ‘us’ too much about their plans. Really sucks to have to think like that. Thanks Obamugabe.
Help me out here. If it was the Russky missile test that was seen, how could it be observed as far away as in Israel; and howcum Israelis were the only ones to see/report it?
Cuz Lebanon and Turkey think the “UFO” was the advance team for the super-deluxe 13th Imam and his 72 vestile virgins preparing to return. The Israelis are realists, and have a self-preservation instinct, and had a hunch it was Putin and the boyz up to mischief.
Because it was launched during afternoon prayers and everybody had their foreheads pressed to the carpet and their asses in the air.
But don't forget, Vladimir, they are God's people. Read your Bible-ski.
Somehow, I don’t think Puti Put has read Ezekiel 38 and 39. It’s gonna be a baaaad deal for the attackers.
If youd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.

I thought I had read earlier the missile had hit its target in Kazakhstan. How could they see it in Israel?
Exactly what I was thinking...
>> Seems odd doesn't it?Not really when one considers that obomba thinks the US doesn't need our nuclear toys anymore and is planning on disposing of no less than 80% of our stockpile. If the Russians won't play that's their problem.
Look up folks. Your redemption draweth nigh.

Threatens national security and whitens your teeth at the same time.

Makes you wonder whether Pooty Poot thinks he's Gog.
Any idea what is illuminating the first stage rocket plume?
City lights or a spotlight? Moonlight?
Oh no they don’t.
I don’t mind Putin because I think he can be counted on to do whatever is in the best interest of RUSSIA, therefore he is a serious player that can be worked with. I also love that he gave PBO a dressing-down and publicly proclaimed the perils of communism that America under this regime was in danger of being embraced by.
Things appear to be heating up. Putin’s in the jockey seat now, but God is in control.
My first thought too...
We have testing out here at Edwards Air Force base. I don’t see the initial missile trail, but within minutes the trail spreads, and the high altitude winds cause it to look all curly-cue like.
That’s what the people are seeing.
Didn’t the missile fall in one of the lower Baltic states. I thought I had heard that yesterday.
Having a hard time believing a missile fired from south east Russia hitting a target in Kazakhstan (west of launch site) would be visible in Israel. Missile was launched many 100s of miles north and west of Israel. Am I missing something?

How come Russia gets to build new ICBMs, but we have to rely on our aging Minuteman III missiles since the Peacekeepers were cancelled?
At a height of 80km the missile would be visible to anyone within about 350km to it. S.E. Russia is about 1300km from Israel. So I don’t know what they saw but unless my math is very bad it was NOT the Russian ICBM test.
Oopps, make that a little over 1000km not 350, lol, sorry.
