In the first place, the promotional booklet isn't proof of anything. And no impeachment hearings on the subject are going to begin without some hard proof. Recall that Clinton's impeachment hearings didn't begin until there was legitimate proof of perjury.
In the second place, it would be the House which would commence any impeachment hearings -- not the Senate.

To me it is more likely Obama lied on his college and job applications stating he was born in Kenya to get all the affirmative action perks that he could. Just like Warren lying about being Cherokee. That is likely why he is withholding all his information from this time period.
