The PA is booting FJC Security Services in the wake of the Newark Airport security imposter who was an illegal who used a phony ID to get hired....and is suspected of having multiple phony ID's, and of committing other airport crimes.

FJC Security Services is a NY-based privately owned security services provider with two multiyear PA contracts worth a total of $550 million — $93 million this year alone, employing some 1100 agents to secure the PA.

According to FJC spokesman Michael McKeon, Nigerian illegal, Abimbola Oyewole--known as "Jerry Thomas"--passed all background checks during his 20 years at FJC. "He had nothing in his record or his performance to indicate a cause for concern or a reason to question the state police and federal government's background checks," McKeon told the LA Times.

Some might ask how a Nigerian native could enter the US illegally, and have the smarts to use an elaborate and complex scheme of ID theft to defraud FJC Security Services, The Port Authority, the States of New York of New Jersey, the state govt, the federal government...and even pass security checks given by the state police?

Judging from the way his ID fakery went down, this guy's got plenty to hide. Clearly someone was covering for Oyewole.

WHO WAS THE ILLEGAL TAKING ORDERS FROM? We need to know what this Nigerian imposter knows about the fifth hijack team that “melted into the crowd” after their plane returned to the gate at Newark and was emptied of its passengers and crew, who all managed to disappear on that cataclysmic day.

POINTS TO PONDER (1) The IRS reports that "govt authorities" are massive tax evasion, money laundering machines. (2) Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes.

“The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

L/E needs to examine the bank accounts of NY-based FJC Security Services and the bank accounts the PA used to pay FJC Security.

NOTE WELL The "Bank Secrecy Act" was passed to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting criminal enterprises, money laundering, tax evasion or other unlawful activities.

Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity that might be indicative of govt fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, and other financial crimes.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer of of govt funds. Govt monies may pay for personal and private expenses, credit cards, real estate sunsidies and vehicle purchases.

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate govt purposes. The scheme might be advanced by issuing statements of payments from federal and state sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for their own use.

<><> L/E is directed to get ahold of: (1) copies of checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub-brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC other accounts, to operate personal businesses. Govt fraud can also be facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intrabank transfers from govt accounts into personal accounts.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel and gifts from luxury outlets for wives and mistresses.

Taxpayers demand the Bank Secrecy Act be used to prosecute govt fraud pronto.

BACKSTORY Nigerian illegal supervised airport security guards; had victim's fake ID before his murder

An airport security supervisor at a NJ-based international airport has been arrested and charged with using the identity for 20 years of a man who was brutally murdered.

Nigerian native Abimbola Olumuyiwa Oyewole, 54, has been in the US illegally since 1989, AP reported. He was in charge of 30 guards at Newark Intl airport when nabbed. Oyewole was hired before the TSA existed, the controversial federal agency said, noting that that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey checked and cleared Oyewole's credentials when hiring and promoting him.

NOTE the TSA recently released a report singling out Newark airport for several high-profile security breaches.

At Newark Liberty International Airport, Oyewole was known to his employer as Jerry Thomas, a man murdered in Queens, New York, about 20 years ago. Oyewole, an illegal immigrant from Nigeria, claims he bought the fake ID in late June or early July of 1992, which pre-dates the subject's killing.

Police reports reveal that on July 20, Jerry Thomas — a 41-year-old career criminal with an arrest record dating to the 1960s — was shot four times in the face, leg and chest (shooter wanted to make dam sure he was dead) in his room at the Jamaica, Queens YMCA.

The murder case quickly turned cold, but "Jerry Thomas" lived on through Nigerian illegal Abimbola “Bimbo” Olumuyia Oyewole. Oyewole used the dead man’s name, birth certificate and Social Security number to get credit cards, a New Jersey driver’s license.....and probably voted as well.

The Port Authority unaccountably promoted the imposter Oyewole---as he worked his way up to supervising 30 Newark Airport guards---and gave him unlimited access to secure areas. Oyewole passed several background checks, most recently FJC Security, a major Port Authority contractor.

Reports now say illegal Oyewole had other identities which he apparently purchased from document brokers for several thousand dollars each.

Subsequent TV news segments reported:

(1) Oyewole's stolen ID is being investigated in connection with the unsolved murder;

(2) Oyewole is being investigated for "other PA crimes,"

(3) Oyewole crimes included having several other identities;

(4) Oyewole successfully passed several Port Authority bgrnd checks as he worked his way up to supervising 30 security agents;

(5) The careless PA unaccountably gave Oyewole acccess to high level airport security areas.

Oh, this is not so bad. There is man posing as an American who is President of the United States. This guy has used multiple aliases, multiple social Security numbers, has all of his records concerning his past sealed, no one knows where he was born, his academic history is a mystery and apparently he has done virtually nothing that would recommend him for the position of President of the US that anyone can determine. Yet the press, the Democrat Party and the Republican party don't seem too concerned.
