If this guy has a residential address in his country of citizenship, a ABA qualified law degree (he is if a Chico State Law alum), and no criminal record, he should just have to pay the ($166 or so) fee and fill out an application and sit in a meeting to get vetted.
So is this guy trying to gain in-state member status ?
I have no doubt he will be allowed. The only thing more Anti-American than the folks in Cal is the legal and political Leftists on the “Long March” through our country’s institutions. They mean to bury us.
