President Obamas endorsement of gay marriage last week did not sway voters in New Jersey, where 53 percent of voters support same-sex marriage and 67 percent want a voter referendum, according to a Quinnipiac poll released today.
The presidents announcement will make 19 percent of voters polled less likely to vote for him, and 16 percent more likely to vote for Obama.

The media, always obedient to their Master Hussein, plays along....
BUT....down the road...AND THIS IS IMPORTANT...these poll results will be used to "prove" Americans are "neutral" or "for" a societal celebration of sodomy. What these polls show, however, is that this election hinges PRIMARILY upon the economy....the 60% who say this won't affect their vote are NOT saying sodomy isn't important, they're saying "My mind was made up on other issues before this announcement."
The difference is subtle but important.
It is hard to imagine anyone who supports SS marriage who was not going to vote for Obama before and will now just because of this. I don't doubt that there are some, but I can't imagine many,
I really don’t think this will sway folks from one candidate to the other. What it will do, is firm up and energize the anti-Obama vote that might have otherwise stayed home.
My theory is that B. Hussein had to come out for so-called same-sex marriage first as it sets the stage for him to come out for so-called poly-marriage and then later for inter-species marriage. He wants to marry a few mor wookies of either gender and then use the line, “Hey, I am more Mormon that Mitt.”
It had to brown off as many people as it charmed.
It never was about votes. It was about money.
