According to a press release from police in Bedford, N.Y., officers responded to the home at 326 South Bedford Road just after 1:30 p.m.

Westchester County executive's office spokesman Ned McCormack said the medical examiner has taken her body to an office in nearby Valhalla.

He said he can't say anything about the cause of death until the autopsy, which will be conducted on Thursday.
