SANFORD, Fla. — WFTV has learned charges against George Zimmerman could be getting more serious.
State prosecutors said Zimmerman, a neighborhood watchman, profiled and stalked 17-year-old Trayvon Martin before killing him, so the FBI is now looking into charging him with a hate crime.
Zimmerman admitted to killing Martin in February during a confrontation. However, he claims the shooting was in self-defense. He's facing a second-degree murder charge, which carries a maximum possible sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. But if Zimmerman is charged and found guilty of a federal hate crime involving murder, he could face the death penalty.
FBI investigators are actively questioning witnesses in the retreat at the Twin Lakes neighborhood, seeking evidence for a possible federal hate crime charge.
Zimmerman should elect to have his trial conducted in Spanish.
That would flip the optics.
They just might get the civil war they keep pushing.
Where are the photos of Zimmerman's bashed/bleeding head?

This was how they handled the Rodney King cops; when they were acquitted by a jury they (successfully) came back at them with trumped-up “civil rights violations”. They have catch-all charges to correct any outcome determined by juries.
Zimmerman should have fled the country as soon as the outcry started; he will be sacrificed to appease blacks.
You’re right; they have to excite their base with nonsense because their base (like everyone else) is getting crushed by our unemployment and unreported inflation.

When a police organization does the bidding of the politicians, it is no longer an organization to whom the word “justice” has any meaning. We’ve seen this for decades in the US, with the individuals being persecuted because of their political or religious beliefs. There are very few individuals who can withstand an assault from a government with unlimited funds and resources, including the power of the subpoena.

The Special Background Investigation they did on him should have disqualified him from ever getting a security clearance. They obviously didn't do their job.
I think G. Gordon Liddy had good advice about how to handle a self defense situation. First, use a revolver, no brass left behind. 2nd, two to the chest, one to the head, just one side to the story. 3rd, don’t call the police, just get away from the scene quickly. 4th, file down the hammer, trash the barrel, remove the serial numbers, and throw the gun in a deep river.
That is the Obama investigation! Sorry.

Actually, impeachment would likely lead nowhere except for the Republicans to be pounded over the head by the MSM for being racists.
What *could* lead somewhere is what Issa is hoping to do, if Boehner gives his permission, which is to vote on Holder being in contempt of congress.
Importantly, COC is different, because it is limited to just one house of congress, in this case, the Republican House. The senate has no say in it at all.
If the House voted Holder in contempt, they could then appoint a special prosecutor against him, who would compile evidence to present before a federal grand jury.
This matters, because contempt itself has only petty punishments, but a special prosecutor could subpoena records far more effectively from the Just Us Department, and could prosecute criminally those individuals involved in the Guns ‘r’ Us scandal.
