I wonder what would happen to insurers who included a statement attached to premium increases that they were attributable to Obamacare.

However, we also feel it necessary to inform you that under ObamaCare and as a direct result of ObamaCare, the national debt has increased, your freedoms to determine your own health care have been severely restricted, the paperwork is worse and your taxes will go up. Please consider this very carefully when you vote in November.
