42 states so far are against you harry. Go for it.

Their best argument is its unfair. So are a lot of other laws. So’s life.they can get married just like anyone else. And please don’t somehow try to equate slavery and perversion and say it’s about “rights”. There is no right to perversion.

Obama said he was also influenced by dinnertime conversations with his wife and daughters.

Well, one child taking cues from other children.

How do the Democrats write their platform? Is it presented from the top as-is?

These people are nuts. Reid says Republicans are the problem about bringing up the Defense of Marriage Act. Huh? DOMA was passed by a huge majority in the Senate and House and signed by President Clinton in ‘95. So a position taken 15 years ago about a social requirement of the last 8000 years is a problem because some people have decided in the last 5 years that if you don’t agree with their new sophisticated position, you are a bigot.

By the way, more Obama hypocrisy. He complained that if the Supreme Court overturned obamacare, it would be an “unprecedented” action by a few judges on legislation passed by a majority. Yet, his DOJ wants to take DOMA to the SC to overturn it, even though it really was passed with a huge bipartisan majority and signed by a democrat president.

“I would follow my grandchildren and my children,” he said.

I hear they like suckers.

The Democratic vision is the queering of America, in both the slang sense and the literal sense. They’ve dumbed down our children, and now they want to fag them out.

I am sure that will not go over well in his Mormon community.

It’s a good thing he’s probably too old to run again. He survived last time because of his union goons. He may not be as lucky next time.

If you go back to 1860...the Democratic Convention ended up in a total mess because half of the delegates really didn’t agree on what was put in front of them. They eventually ended up with two Democratic parties for a short time.

The problem I see here is that we are evolving in a sense where a number of Democrats really can’t agree with the “new” national Democratic vision. Their only choice is to accept the change...or just stay home.

I don't know about 42 but I think only 30, with NC, have specifically defined marriage as one-man-one-woman through their constitutions.

The IRS will require your dog to file jointly. Also depends what tax bracket the dog falls under or do minority and/or female dogs get certain tax deductions? If you and the dog are both male then IRS considers it a same sex marriage.
