House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., indicated that President Obama's support for gay marriage is worth any electoral reversals that Democratic Party might sustain as a result.

"The statement that the president made was something that was the right thing to do for the country; it filled my heart with joy," Pelosi told reporters today. "We come here to do a job for the American people, not to hold a job . . . It's more important than any political consequences."

If Freepers are doing everything in their power to make sure Romney loses, than the flip side to that is that Freepers are helping Obama win another turn.
