        A. Closing the Polling Places: Indiana state law requires counties to begin counting votes cast at the primary election immediately after the polls close at 6 p.m., prevailing local time. In accordance with prevailing local time, the polls in the 12 counties of Gibson, Jasper, Lake, LaPorte, Newton, Perry, Porter, Posey, Spencer, Starke, Vanderburgh, and Warrick close at 7 p.m., Indianapolis time. The polls in the remaining 80 Indiana counties close at 6 p.m., Indianapolis time. In most counties, ballots are counted first at local polling places by precinct election officials. These officials then travel on election night to a central counting location (often the county courthouse) to report the precinct election results to the county election board. In other counties, ballots are not counted by precinct election officials, but are returned to the central counting location (often the county courthouse), where each precinct’s ballots are counted by the county election board or designated county election board employees.

IF you live in Indiana or have friends there get them to the polls to vote for Mourdock, he's endorsed by Mark Levin, Rush has been talking about this race as well. Polls close in parts of Indiana at 6 PM, while a few close at 7PM. Doesn't seem right that some counties get an extra hour to vote. Wisconsin has until 8PM

No county gets more time to vote. Some are on central time so they also open an hour later.

Doesn't seem right that some counties get an extra hour to vote.

DemonRATs get extra votes, big cities get extra buses to carry the extra voters, so it's only fair that they get more time to park the buses, pass out the Kools and Colt 45, bags of crack, EBT cards good at the local ho house, pharmacy and "licker" store.

Since this is an "open" primary, the bought black vote will be crucial as to whether Mourdock can hold on to his 10% lead against Lugar.

If inner city Indianapolis goes 120% in favor of Lugar, the extra time and money by the pubbioes will have been well spent and they will know the thrill of buying an election.

Being series, I don't think that even crossover voters will save Lugar's old butt today in Hoosierville.

I’m voting for Mourdock this afternoon with my wife. You don’t live in Indiana? You don’t get to represent us!

“I’m voting for Mourdock this afternoon with my wife. You don’t live in Indiana? You don’t get to represent us!”

That may well be -— But I live in Ohio and you and your wife certainly do represent me! Go Mourdock!
