Why not have Perry as a VP candidate....he would do something about the EPA,...and energy plans.

Perry and Newt - the only two that had the credentials to be president and they were trashed and snubbed. They both fought against the enemy and voters allowed the enemy to win.
Make him head of the EPA. He knows his stuff.
