They would have all of the rights of other citizens with the sole exception of being elected to the office of POTUS. In other words, they would have most of the rights of other citizens. Sounds like two separate classes to me.

Doesn't sound like it to me. To me it sounds like you're trying to stir up "class warfare" just like a good liberal would.
