Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), who was elected to his first term with help from the Tea Party in 2010 and who is sometimes cited as a potential GOP vice presidential pick, lauded the United Nations, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for following their respective visions instead of asserting “narrow American interests” in a speech today on U.S. foreign policy.
In remarks at the liberal Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C., Rubio sketched the advances made globally since the end of World War II as a result of America’s leadership.
“The purpose of the institutions we established, from the United Nations to the World Bank and the IMF was to spread peace and prosperity, not to assert narrow American interests,” said Sen. Rubio.

Rubio sought to separate himself from some conservatives in the Senate on foreign policy, saying that until recently the general view was that American conservatism “believed in a robust and muscular foreign policy,” citing Presidents George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush and Ronald Reagan. talbott
“But when I arrived in the Senate last year, I found that some of the traditional sides in the foreign policy debate had shifted,” said Rubio. “On the one hand I found liberal Democrats and conservative Republicans working together to advocate our withdrawal from Afghanistan or staying out of Libya. On the other hand, I found myself partnering with Democrats … on a more forceful foreign policy.”
“So I recently joked, the other day, that today in the U.S. Senate, on foreign policy, the further you move to the right, the likelier you are to move to the left,” said Rubio.

I’m not trying to be confrontational, but how is it that he is a Natural Born Citizen, yet the dates don’t seem right for that to be the case? I’m truly trying to understand.

Three tests qualify for the presidency. They are;
born in the US,
age at least 35, and
seven years living in country.
Nothing in the Constitution speaks to where a potential candidate's parents were born. The fact that his mom or/and dad was born in Cuba has no bearing on Marco's citizenship.

However that said, the GOP ticket hasn’t yet been decided. The primaries are not over.
The GOP-e has set the terms: They dictate, we go along.
Frankly the GOP-e has become corrupt, and ARROGANT.
Very little in this world, is more repulsive, and generates quite so much visceral opposition, as arrogance.
The GOP-e has that arrogance, in spades.
That’s where we are right now. The arrogant ones, seem poised to win the battle.
Yet, the way they are doing so, very well could lose the war. That is in their court.
They can win over real conservatives in the remaining race. For example, bringing Sarah Palin into the mix.

In which case, Obama will win.
I can see the fact, that’s really the remaining contest.
Even while seeing clearly, there’s simply nothing acceptable at all, about leaving Obama to do more damage to our beloved, and weakening nation.

He is lawfully bound to not go down the same road traveled by the fraud in the WH. Rubio isn’t running against the Kenyan. Don’t put all your hopes on Rubio, there are other options out there.
So who is running against Obama this November? The only hope we have is to nudge Romney to the right. Consider that he lives in the Dante’s inferno of liberalism. He will have to moderate his views when he is president of the whole country and not just uber-liberal Massachusetts.
Santorum, Gingrich and Caine are lifelong Conservative Republicans.
BTW, my basic standard on "who's RINO' is if you are actually not even a Republican, then you are not a Republican. If you served as a Democrat or for a Democrat or donated to Democrats, you are a RINO.
