Ay the rate he is going, I believe the Texas primary is apt to push him over, even if he does not win. Have that had any luck getting it to be winner take all?

But with Newt bowing out next week supposedly, I believe he will win it anyway.

The way it happened leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. You’d have almost thought that Messrs. Gingrich and Santorum, rather than Barack Obama, were the political devils in this picture. Maybe Gingrich and Santorum should have consolidated while there was still a better chance — they were much closer to one another than either was to Mitt. But that’s all 20/20 hindsight now.

Anyhow, I’m curious what the “official” FR philosophy is going to become. I haven’t been here for a long time and don’t have much time any more for it. Is it going to be hold your nose and vote for Mitt, while trying to muster up something a lot better for next time around (and certainly for Congress)?
