Ah, but it did.

The "big announcement" was the merger of all of Breitbart's websites -- Big Hollywood, Big Journalism, Big Government, etc. -- into Breitbart.com

Watch the CPAC speech. He was talking about vetting Obama and how he has “something big” coming out.
